When working with any organisation, I focus on improving the human behaviour dynamic that is relevant to the company’s business and cultural goals. Any business might have the best and most well thought out strategic plan but if the people dynamic is not where it needs to be, then the organisation will struggle to deliver consistently on the strategy and so never come close to realising the collective potential and brilliance of its people.
